Spanning an international Pastry & Bakery career of over 20 years in Pastry, Chef Marco is once again bringing his trade back to Vancouver to entice the taste buds of the sweet & chocolate lovers of Vancouver, the lower Mainland and beyond.

After recently completing a 2 year gig as Executive Pastry Chef at the Ritz Carlton & JW Marriott Hotel in Beijing China, he brings his Hotel career, which spanned 5 Hotel openings in Asia and working in seven different countries, to a conclusion.

Working in world famous Hotels such as the Ritz Carlton Beijing, Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver & Toronto, The Peninsula Hotel Beijing, Hilton Hotels in Shanghai, Taipei, Otaru (Japan) and Osaka, The Turnberry Westin in Scotland and the Forte Grand Meridien in Dubai has equipped Chef Marco with all the passion, knowledge and pastry enthusiasm needed to share with anybody who is serious about pastry, chocolates & breads.

 After a previous teaching experience at the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver during which Chef Marco obtained his Provincial Instructor Diploma, he is now sharing his Pastry & Bakery knowledge as Pastry Instructor at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver.
